Our Thursday night training sessions start at 6:45pm – typically we cover 4 miles and finish at around 7:30pm.
There’s frequent regrouping throughout so we can cater for everyone – All are welcome.
We start and end with an easy paced run. In the middle we run intervals (short distances at hard effort with easy paced recovery time between). Some of our sessions are on the flat, others are hill workouts.
The sessions are fairly flexible so they may vary depending on what people want to do – if most of us have just done a race we may opt for an easy recovery run!
Hopefully you will find the sessions challenging and a great way to develop your running.
Under current England Athletics guidance we are running in small groups with a maximum of six people. Each week is at a different location.
