Tuesdays are our main club training night, starting at 6.45pm. We rotate meeting locations each week, so check back here for the latest on upcoming runs.
We strive to be an inclusive club, and welcome runners of all ability levels. (Unfortunately we are unable to cater for complete beginners, you need to be able to run about 5 miles). Our Tuesday runs split into four groups catering for varying speeds, with all groups running for approximately 1 hour.
- Pacy (18-21 min parkrun)
- Faster middle (22-25 min parkrun)
- Slower middle (26-29 min parkrun)
- Gentle jog (30 min parkrun)
