Tuesdays are our main club training night, starting at 6.45pm. We rotate meeting locations each week, so check back here for the latest on upcoming runs.
We strive to be an inclusive club, and welcome runners of all ability levels. Our Tuesday runs split into four groups catering for varying speeds, with all groups running for approximately 1 hour.
- Pacy (c.18-21 min parkrun)
- Faster middle (c.22-25 min parkrun)
- Slower middle (c.26-29 min parkrun)
- Gentle jog (c.30+ min parkrun)
